Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Verrières-le-Buisson. The Office Associate will perform daily administrative tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, manage accounting tasks, and support overall office administration. The role requires effective communication with team members and customers, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to the efficiency of the office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience in Accounting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in office software and technology
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
