Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Santa Cruz Canton. The Office Associate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including administrative assistance, accounting, office administration, communication with guests and clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to multitask in a dynamic hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
- Basic accounting skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus
