Associate – Acquisitions

We are looking for a highly motivated
Associate
to join a dynamic team in
private equity real estate investments
. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in strategic acquisitions and contribute to the management of a diverse real estate portfolio across multiple asset types.
Responsibilities:
- Support the
acquisition process
, including due diligence, market analysis, and transaction evaluation - Build and maintain
financial and cashflow models
to support investment decisions - Assist in
portfolio and asset management
initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize investment performance
- Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or asset management - Strong
financial modelling skills
, including cashflow analysis - Fluent in
German and English - Experience with
multi-asset portfolios
(logistics, retail, office) is an advantage - Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
