Job Responsibilities

  • Define an ambitious hunting plan for the German market aligned with SHEIN's strategic goals
  • Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve the hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services, and pricing strategies
  • Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN's visibility
  • Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment
  • Align onboarding strategy and implement it to assure the KAM team can build a solid business on closed partnerships (f.i, price competitiveness, international coverage, among others)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor/master's degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing
  • 5 years of business development experience at a leading e-commerce business, software company, or services firm
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the German local marketplace landscape
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
  • Fluency in German and English.

  • Consumer goods background, ideally in the beauty category.
  • Complete technical, commercial, and operations background.
  • Chinese knowledge would be a plus.
