Uber's mission is to redefine the way the world moves and delivers. As part of the Business Development team, you'll help shape that future through bold, strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and innovation across Uber Mobility and Delivery in Germany.

About the job:

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to define and execute partnership strategies that drive Uber's business priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new strategic business opportunities across multiple geographies.
  • Lead end-to-end deal processes, including partner engagement, contract negotiation, and implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of current and prospective partners.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams-Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Policy-to ensure deal success.
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About you:

  • Native level German and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a tech-driven role; experience in Mobility or Delivery is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity under tight deadlines.
