Deine Aufgaben im Sales-Team
  • Key Account Management: Du übernimmst ein bestehendes Kundennetzwerk und bist Ansprechpartner*in für Führungskräfte und Entscheider
  • Neukundengewinnung: Mit Leidenschaft für Vertrieb verwandelst Du Zielkunden in langfristige Partner
  • Networking in München: Du bist vor Ort bei Terminen, Veranstaltungen und baust Dein Business-Netzwerk aus
  • Projekt- & Deal Management: Du steuerst den kompletten Sales-Cycle – von der Anfrage bis zum Closing
  • Teamspirit & Ideen: Du bringst Dich aktiv ein, treibst Innovationen voran und feierst gemeinsam mit uns Erfolge
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Sales und Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Spaß an Akquise, Kundenbetreuung und Abschlüssen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und ein positives Mindset
  • Lust auf Wachstum, Verantwortung und ein Team, das zusammenhält
