Role Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational activities. This position focuses on providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to teams, departments, or executives, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities including scheduling, documentation, communication coordination, and record management, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Your duties will include organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate filing systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring that information is distributed promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and the preparation of correspondence or presentations. By managing administrative tasks efficiently, you will enable other team members to focus on strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Teams.
