SUPER / dintegra is a boutique team of software and product alchemists with maritime roots, based in Hamburg. We design user-friendly solutions that make operations and engineering teams around the world more productive. Our international team of 17 is passionate, product-driven, and growing fast.

We are now looking for a Data Project Manager: structured, empathetic, and proactive to work closely with our clients and development team. Your role will be to ensure that the right data gets into our yacht management system in the best possible way.

What You'll Do

● Coordinate and lead projects that translate large volumes of data into our systems together with our development team incl. the extraction of data from documents, manuals, and certificate

● Communicate and align with clients, yacht owner representatives, shipyards, and management companies on data needs and system usage.

● Evaluate and improve processes, with a strong interest in AI and smart tools to enhance data transfer and extraction.

● Track internal deadlines and drive alignment across departments.

● Support leadership with reports, internal overviews, and operational KPIs (e.g. project status, budget tracking).

● Take ownership of projects, tasks, and process improvements and see them through.

What You Bring

● Background in IT, Data, or Marine Engineering (Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marine Engineering, Data Science, or similar preferred).

● Excellent English (our working language) and confident written/spoken German

● A structured, dependable, and clear way of working.

● A hands-on attitude: you step in when something needs doing

● A love for creating order – in tools, files, checklists, and processes

● Comfort working across departments and supporting leadership with both daily structure and long-term growth.

● Confidence with digital collaboration tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

● Bonus: Experience in the yachting/marine industry (yard, systems integrator, or supplier) with a practical technical understanding of onboard/ship systems.

● Bonus: Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
