Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction. The role is based in Hamburg, Germany, and allows for some remote work up on agreement.

The Senior Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring they finish on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. The role balances schedule and cost control with stakeholder alignment, procurement, contracts, risk, and site supervision while building lightweight, scalable processes suited to a young company environment. Expect hands-on involvement across bids, permits, vendor selection, and reporting with clear accountability for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience in a high-tech or pharma construction industry are required;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
  • Experience in data center construction is a strong plus;
  • Construction, Design and Cost Management skills;
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities, experience or working in a complex multi-team set up;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
