Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for retail store and operational positions across Western European markets.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to define hiring needs and deliver timely, high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract and retain top retail talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and best practices throughout all recruitment activities.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, plateforms, and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and provide data-driven insights to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on retail industry hiring.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across European countries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects across diverse geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
