The Team
Within the People Experience and Services team, our mission is to deliver a seamless and standardized associate experience across EMEA, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals of operational excellence and service quality. This position's team plays a key role in streamlining HR processes, eliminating duplication, and driving consistency across core areas such as Data, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Associate Lifecycle, and Advisory services. The team works closely with HR Business Partners, the Community of Experts, and the People Strategy team, while also collaborating with global HR, Finance, and Communications to support regional scalability, automation, and associate satisfaction across EMEA.

The Position
As Manager, Talent Acquisition – Functions & Operations, you will lead recruitment across PVH's EMEA corporate functions teams across the regions. You will manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, driving the delivery of high-quality hires and embedding a skills-based hiring approach at scale.
This role combines strategic delivery and full people management responsibility, requiring close collaboration with HR and business leaders to ensure our recruitment efforts align with business priorities. You'll play a critical role in evolving our hiring capabilities, building strong talent pipelines, and elevating PVH's employer brand in the operational talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement strategy, guidelines, and concepts to deliver modern talent acquisition initiatives and services across corporate functions.

• Consistently deliver high-quality Talent Acquisition services and raise the bar to ensure we attract and recruit top talent to meet our strategic priorities, challenging the status quo where needed.

• Partner with HRBPs to use workforce analytics that drive insights and enable hiring decisions to meet future skill demands.

• Deliver talent acquisition services EMEA wide across corporate functions, ensuring PVH is represented as an employer of choice throughout our hiring process.

• Drive innovation using deep knowledge, expertise, and external insights to anticipate trends and remain competitive across the external talent landscape.

• Manage and implement employer branding campaigns, leveraging operational storytelling and deep business knowledge.

• Collaborate with CoEs to drive effective talent planning, with a focus on increasing internal mobility and building external pipelines.

• Provide leadership to TA Partners and Specialists, including full performance management authority, coaching, mentoring, and career development.

• Lead improvement projects to optimize recruitment processes, vendor partnerships, and candidate experience across high-volume and operational hiring.

• Forecast and manage recruitment budgets across portfolio areas, supporting TA Director with strategic resource planning.

• Deliver cyclical recruitment activities such as seasonal campaigns and early career programs for operations and retail.

• Act as Talent Acquisition Lead for senior-level hiring in designated areas as required.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

• Talent Acquisition Efficiency: Achievement of time-to-hire goals for critical roles, ensuring minimal delays and high engagement with candidates.

• Candidate Quality: Ensuring a high percentage of hires meet or exceed hiring manager expectations within their first six months.

• Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Continuously improve hiring manager satisfaction through feedback surveys. Target: Achieve a satisfaction score of 85% or higher from hiring managers.

• Recruitment Process Effectiveness: Streamlining recruitment processes to reduce bottlenecks and manual effort. Target: Achieve a 15% reduction in recruitment process time and cost.

• Retention Rate of New Hires: Focus on retaining high-quality talent. Target: Ensure at least 85% of new hires remain with the company beyond 12 months.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly across corporate functions and operational roles. The preferred candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading recruiters or projects, and managing operational recruitment across functional areas

• Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in full-cycle, skills-based hiring, ideally within retail domains , and knowledgeable in modern talent acquisition tools and techniques

• People Management: Experience managing performance, coaching, and development of others, and creating a high-performing team

• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build strong relationships with HRBPs and business leaders

• Tools & Data: Advanced technical recruitment expertise and business knowledge in retail functions . Change Focused: Experience driving and implementing continuous improvement projects

• Advanced Knowledge of Recruitment Systems/Tools: e.g., LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, CRMs

• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree ideally within a business-related specialism, or 10+ years of equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition roles

• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
