TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You are responsible for end-to-end recruiting across various departments.
  • As an internal consultant, you manage all recruiting activities in close collaboration with hiring managers – from defining the search profile to selecting the appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • You continuously shape and optimize the application process – data-driven, trend-aware, and using innovative methods – to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • You drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting and ensure we build a diverse talent pool.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably on the corporate side.
  • A structured way of working and excellent stakeholder management skills – also on an international level.
  • The ability to communicate and think with your target audience in mind – we operate according to the Candidate First principle.
  • High proactivity, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for your work.
  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
