Our engineering team is our heartbeat, driving innovation and rapid growth. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech, you'll play a key role in scaling our visionary team in a super engaging work environment.

As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m) - Tech, your responsibilities will include:

  • owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our tech teams, from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through interviews, managing offers, and closing hires
  • partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data-driven decisions
  • building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging your network and proactive outreach
  • developing and executeing creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent
  • elevating our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into sourcing strategies and ensuring a standout candidate experience
  • managing and optimizing our ATS to drive efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast-paced in-house recruiting team
  • a deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation
  • a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams
  • fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly, German skills are beneficial
