Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with channel partners, including distributors and system integrators, across Europe to drive incremental growth and profitability
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Provide technical and commercial training to partners to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and sales capability
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to maximize channel performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner activities, market trends, and competitor landscape
  • Participate in contract negotiation and partner agreement management, ensuring compliance with all applicable German and EU laws and company guidelines
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and market intelligence to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure ethical business practices and compliance with all internal and legal regulations

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Test & Measurement (T&M) markets or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in managing channel partners, distribution networks, or partner sales, ideally within the electronics industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European language skills (such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of German and European business and compliance practices
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented, and with a high level of self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required
