Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Berlin. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting financial analyses, maintaining strong communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves building and managing client relationships while providing strategic guidance to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and strategic growth planning skills
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills to evaluate opportunities and market trends
- Effective Communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to foster sustainable, long-term relationships
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in IT consulting or a similar industry is a plus
