The Role:

We're seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our Berlin office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in sales and business development within an international setting.

You will play a key role in building relationships with senior decision-makers and driving attendance at our executive summits across Europe.

Duties and Day-To-Day:

  • Engage in outbound cold-calling with senior decision-makers in targeted industries to explore their interest in attending our business summits.
  • Responsible for generating your own leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales tools such as
    Salesforce CRM, Revenue Hero, ZoomInfo, HubSpot
    , and more to research leads, manage your pipeline, and connect directly with senior executives
  • Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and overall campaign targets, focusing on metrics such as call volume, lead generation, and new business acquisition.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, clients and proposition value for designated products you are supporting.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions led by your Sales Manager, collaborating closely on a daily basis to develop your expertise in sales and business knowledge

The Individual:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced, client-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
  • Confident engaging with senior-level executives
  • Driven by measurable goals and eager to exceed them
  • Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Receptive to feedback and quick to implement improvements
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new industries and trends
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivated to grow professionally and advance within the organization
