You will
- Drive new business through proactive identification, acquisition, and development of new customers.
- Develop existing accounts and build long-term relationships to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage and grow the customer funnel, continuously securing business development goals and achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
- Establish a scalable sales channel, both online and offline, for our commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Build relationships with global key opinion leaders to create showcases, increase product visibility, and support portfolio expansion.
- Gather and communicate customer insights globally, translating feedback into actionable input for product development in collaboration with Product Management.
- Develop, own, and execute the sales strategy — including go-to-market models and tactical plans for new product introductions.
- Implement and maintain effective sales processes and tools, such as funnel management, win/loss analysis, and opportunity reporting.
- Negotiate contracts for series product deliveries and related services.
We are looking for you if you
- A university degree in a technical, engineering, or business field — ideally combining both technical depth and strong business understanding.
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in robotics, automation, and motion control.
- Proven track record of new business development and effective long-term customer relationship management.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and the ability to execute.
- Excellent communication skills, with a minimum B2 level in German and a strong command of English.
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales management processes.
- A self-motivated, curious, and resilient personality with a passion for technology and innovation.
