to join our Berlin-based team and support the daily operations of our global wholesale business.
The Role
As
Commercial Coordinator
, you will play a key role in connecting our sales, marketing and logistics teams. You'll oversee the operational flow of orders, reports, and partner communication while contributing to collection development, showroom organization, and special projects.
This is a growth role, ideal for someone who is structured and detail-oriented. You'll be part of a small, international team working closely with the Head of Global Wholesale on projects that shape Côte&Ciel's next collections and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Sales Support
- Manage scheduling, meeting preparation and follow-up communication
- Create and send invoices, proformas and order confirmations
- Track and follow up on payments and outstanding balances
- Maintain and update the order book weekly
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports
- Maintain organized digital records in ERP systems
Order Management & Logistics
- Process new orders, reorders and returns
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Share tracking information and logistics updates with clients
- Manage showroom preparations, including sample coordination and inventory planning
- Support special projects such as pop-ups and collaborations
Data & Reporting
- Collect and compile sell-through data from key wholesale partners
- Assist in creating sales performance and forecasting reports
- Ensure ERP data accuracy across all accounts
Marketing & PR Coordination
- Coordinate sample shipments for editorial shoots and partner PR teams
- Distribute seasonal marketing materials (lookbooks, imagery, content assets)
- Liaise with partner stores to support marketing activations and events
Showroom & Trend Projects
- Organize seasonal showroom setups and assist during market weeks
- Participate in collection briefings, providing feedback and commercial insights
- Conduct trend and competitor analysis to support product and market strategy
Ad Hoc Projects
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects as needed
- Assist with brand presentations, collaborations and internal events
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in fashion wholesale, sales coordination or logistics
- Excellent organizational, analytical and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JustFashion, NuOrder, Shopify,etc ) is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, proactive and curious about both sales and brand development
- Eligibility to work in Germany.
