At Myonex GmbH we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution and Logistics coordinator (m/f/x) to join our Team in Berlin-Charlottenburg

This role is vital in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and timely movement of good across our global supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, and the unique challenges of distributing clinical trials materials and wholesale products.

As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Logistics and Distribution Coordinator (m/f/x).

About the Role:

• Coordinate and oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments for clinical trial and wholesale operations.
• Ensure all shipments comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, airway bills, and certificates.
• Communicate with couriers, and freight forwarders to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Track orders and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Quality Assurance, Procurement, Project Management) to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and client reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency.

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical, clinical trials, or healthcare industries.
• C1 level in both German and English
• Strong understanding of GDP, GxP, and international shipping regulations.
• Proficient in ERP or inventory management systems and Microsoft package.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with temperature-controlled and time-sensitive shipments.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international freight procedures.

Note:
This is a fixed-term contract (one year)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination und Überwachung des täglichen Wareneingangs und -versands für klinische Studien und Großhandelsgeschäfte
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Good Distribution Practice (GDP) und anderer relevanter Vorschriften
• Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Verwaltung aller Versand- und Zolldokumente (Rechnungen, Luftfrachtbriefe, Zertifikate etc.)
• Kommunikation mit Kurierdiensten und Spediteuren zur Planung und Überwachung von Sendungen
• Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen und proaktive Lösung von Lieferproblemen oder Verzögerungen
• Sicherstellung der Bestandsgenauigkeit durch Inventurzählungen, Abgleiche und Systempflege
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf, Projektmanagement) für einen reibungslosen Logistikablauf
• Pflege genauer Aufzeichnungen für Audits und Kundenberichte
• Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Kosteneffizienz

*Ihr Profil:*

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung
• 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Logistik, Distribution oder Supply-Chain-Koordination – idealerweise in der Pharma-, klinischen Studien- oder Gesundheitsbranche
• Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen:
• Erfahrung mit temperaturgeführten und zeitkritischen Sendungen
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollabwicklung und internationaler Frachtverfahre
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
• Fundiertes Verständnis von GDP, GxP und internationalen Versandvorschriften
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Bestandsmanagement-Software und MS Office
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu priorisieren und in einem dynamischen Umfeld Fristen einzuhalten

Vertragsart:
Es handelt sich bei der Stelle zunächst um einen befristeten Jahresvertrag.
