Für die Sicherstellung eines partnergerechten Kundensupports und als first Point-of-Contact unserer internationalen B2B-Partner im Rahmen der Auftrags- und Reklamationsabwicklung suchen wir befristet für 1 Jahr für unser Customer Supply Chain Team einen

Coordinator Customer Relations & Order Fulfillment (m/w/d)

Folgende Kernaufgaben warten auf Dich:

  • Ordermanagement
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen internationaler Geschäftspartner
  • Verwaltung Auftragseingang der internationalen Partner (EDI, Orderportal)
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Kundenaufträgen
  • Monitoring von Liefersperren in Kundenaufträgen
  • Sicherstellung von Warenverfügbarkeit durch Verfügbarkeitsprüfung und Abstimmung mit Supply Planning
  • Schnittstellen-Management zum Regional-Management, Production Planning, Transportmanagement, Commercial Development & Analytics, Customs & Excise Taxes, Quality, Global Tax sowie Dienstleister und internationale Geschäftspartner
  • Erstellung von Report Dateien für Schnittstellen und interne Zwecke
  • Beantwortung jeglicher Kundenanfragen internationaler Partner im Ticketsystem unter Einhaltung der SLA Vorgaben
  • Erfassung von Retouren, Reklamationen und Gutschriften für internationale Partner
  • Pflege von OTIF Gründen + Monitoring für den Bereich CROF

Deine Qualifkationen & Skills:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Exportkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich B2B oder im Bereich Logistik/Export wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und Customer Support
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein; strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientiere Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Aktives Engagement im Rahmen von Veränderungs-, Verbesserungs- und Digitalisierungsprozessen
