Sales Manager – Bavaria (Near Munich)

We are supporting a well-established international food company in hiring an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive commercial growth for its operations in Bavaria, near Munich (approx. 45 minutes).
What you will lead:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the German market
• Build partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, Horeca, and supermarket chains
• Manage key accounts and drive new customer acquisition
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with brewery operations, logistics, and HQ commercial teams
• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
• Establish sales processes, pricing structures, and performance metrics
• Build the sales team over time (0–1 role)
What we're looking for:
• Strong experience in beer, brewery, beverage, or alcohol sales
• Familiarity with German B2B beverage channels (distributors, Horeca, retail chains)
• Proven track record in business development and KA management
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with building structures from scratch
• Hands-on commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, international environment
