About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Germany. This role is pivotal in driving our growth within the German market. The ideal candidate will be a technically adept sales professional with a proven track record in the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Quotation and Order Processing: Prepare and present detailed and accurate technical and commercial quotations, and manage the order process.
  • Pre-Sales Technical Support: Provide expert technical consultation and develop tailored solutions for customers, focusing on our core product lines.
  • Post-Sales Technical Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and service coordination after the sale.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English are essential (written and verbal).
  • Citizenship of either China or a European country with the valid right to work in Germany.
  • Several years of relevant sales engineering or technical sales experience in the automation industry.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following product categories is required:

A. Conveyor Systems

B. Servo Presses

C. Feeder and Screwing Systems

  • A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
