Sales Manager

As the Commerical Manager, you'll engage directly with clinicians, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders at events, conferences, and in one-on-one meetings. Your mission is to bring our vision into meaningful conversations, positioning our products effectively in the market, developing new opportunities, and deepening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector through outreach, product demonstrations, and deal execution.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and professional events as an advocate for our solutions and values.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, practice managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence across the DACH region.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, product, and customer success — to integrate market insights and improve the overall client experience.
- Manage leads and opportunities using CRM and digital tools to ensure a structured, transparent sales process.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, set priorities, and identify target customer segments.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within
technology, SaaS, or healthcare
industries. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting to a range of professional audiences.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Native-level German
and
fluent English
proficiency, with outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
