Job Description

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bereitstellung von Lösungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten im System
  • Koordination von Lieferungen und Terminen mit internen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit

The Successful Applicant

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich Industrial / Manufacturing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und effizient zu arbeiten
