Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Um unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen, suchen wir dich als Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) – mit technischem Verständnis, Engagement und Herz.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme, Geräte und Zubehörteile reibungslos funktionieren – mechanisch, elektrisch und softwareseitig.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Fehler in Hard- und Software (inklusive Firmware).
  • Wartung, Reparatur und Installation führst du eigenständig vor Ort beim Kunden durch.
  • Du bindest Geräte und Systeme in die IT- und Netzwerkumgebung unserer Kunden ein und kümmerst dich um Schnittstellen.
  • Mit geeigneten Tools und Prüfverfahren überprüfst du die Funktionalität unserer Produkte.
  • Als technischer Ansprechpartner unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei Fragen und findest passende Lösungen.
  • Du triffst eigenständige Entscheidungen bei Garantiereparaturen oder Rabattfällen im Rahmen unserer Richtlinien.
  • Im engen Austausch mit dem Vertrieb arbeitest du an einer effizienten und lösungsorientierten Betreuung unserer Kunden.
 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Medizintechnik, IT-Technik oder ein technisches/biomedizinisches Studium
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (Windows, Netzwerke, Microsoft SQL)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Compensation and Benefits: Along with a competitive salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to start: 30 days paid holiday, Subsidy for retirement benefits up to 40€ a month, and Company Car for private use incl. fuel (for Sales and Service only). Certain openings may also qualify for a Commission payment.
