We are currently hiring a
German-Speaking Technical Business Developer
to join
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
in
Berlin
. This is an on-site role focused on driving new business and expanding customer relationships within the German market, combining
technical knowledge with consultative sales expertise
.
Location & Candidate Priority
Strong preference will be given to candidates currently based in Berlin.
Relocation
may
be considered on a
case-by-case basis
; however, candidates requiring relocation
may progress later in the process or may be rejected at the final stage
depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market
- Engage with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Position and promote HPE solutions using a consultative sales approach
- Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Stay up to date with HPE products, solutions, and market trends
Mandatory Requirements
- German C2 (native or near-native level)
- Proven technical sales experience (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Ability to work
on-site in Berlin - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Salary & Benefits
- €3,100 gross per month
- €700 monthly KPI bonus
