Doch gerade in regulierten Bereichen wie Payroll bleiben technologische Fortschritte oft auf der Strecke.

Die Mission

Wir bauen eine AI-first Payroll Software für KMUs. Ziel: Automatisierung, Compliance und Effizienz in einem hochsensiblen, regulierten Umfeld. Wenn kleine Unternehmen ihre Lohnprozesse einfacher, sicherer und intelligenter gestalten, profitieren alle.

Die Rolle

Wir suchen eine*n 
CTO / Technical Co-Founder
 für ein neues Payroll-Tech-Startup (aktuell befinden wir uns, zusammen mit einem potenziellen CEO, in der Validierungsphase).

Du baust von Tag 0 die technische Basis des Unternehmens mit auf – inklusive Architektur, Produktentwicklung, und Aufbau des Tech-Teams.

Hohes Maß an Ownership, technischer Führungsverantwortung und direkter Beteiligung am Unternehmen.

Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Skalierung einer sicheren, AI-first Payroll-Plattform
  • Aufbau robuster API-Schnittstellen beispielsweise zum DATEV System
  • Automatisierung komplexer HR- und Finanzprozesse
  • Sicherstellung regulatorischer und Datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen (z. B. DSGVO, Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung)
  • Auswahl und Implementierung von No-Code/Low-Code Tools (Retool, Make, Airtable etc.)
  • Technisches Recruiting und Teamaufbau
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO bei der Produktstrategie

Profil

  • Erfahrung als CTO, Lead Engineer oder technischer Gründer, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld (FinTech, InsurTech, HR-Tech, HealthTech o. ä.)
  • Tiefes Verständnis für den Umgang mit sensiblen Daten und Datenschutz-Compliance
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau technischer Produkte oder eigener Projekte
  • Vollständiger Stack-Kompetenz: Backend, APIs, Datenbanken, ggf. Cloud-Infra
  • Kenntnisse in AI/ML oder GenAI-Integration von Vorteil
  • Start-up-Erfahrung oder Gründungshintergrund
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
