The Role

We are seeking a
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead our engineering organization and define the future of AI infrastructure. You will own the technical vision, architecture, and execution across our full product stack, working closely with the founding team to scale AlphaNeural into a category-defining company.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, as we prepare to close a major financing round and expand our capabilities across AI, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team, establishing strong technical direction and ensuring world-class quality in architecture, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee the full platform infrastructure:
  Google Cloud Platform
  ,
  microservices architecture
  ,
  API systems
  , and integrations with decentralized GPU providers.
• Drive the development of large-scale systems for
  AI model deployment, inference, and monetization
  , integrating compute orchestration, licensing, and payments.
• Collaborate with product, research, and design to translate vision into concrete milestones and fast-paced delivery.
• Optimize platform performance to support millions of AI models and agents.
• Work with Web3 developers to integrate token utilities, payments, and decentralized access mechanisms.
• Represent AlphaNeural in technical partnerships, investor meetings, and public forums.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture centered on agility, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technical leader in AI, infrastructure, or Web3 environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and API-driven platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in
  Go
  , and familiarity with
  ReactJS
  and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with
  AI model deployment
  ,
  GPU orchestration
  , or
  decentralized compute networks
  is a strong plus.
• Ability to design and scale high-load systems serving complex AI workloads.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from zero to one.
• Willingness to work from our

  regularly, with flexibility for hybrid or remote collaboration.
