The Client Experience Manager, will be instrumental in shaping and executing the client experience strategy across Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Switzerland for Tiffany & Co. 

This role focuses on driving market-specific initiatives for all in-store and virtual client events, with a strong emphasis on cultivating new and existing client relationships through bespoke activations, High Jewelry events, personalized client gestures, gifting, and unparalleled in-store hospitality. 

Through extensive cross-functional collaboration, this individual will ensure the flawless execution of the overarching client experience strategy, directly contributing to Tiffany's key business objectives within the luxury retail sector. 

We are looking for a high motivated Client Experience Manager (m/f/d) for our Northern Europe Cluster.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Event Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners to meticulously plan and partially execute in-store and off-site events tailored for local market nuances.
  • Develop and implement innovative and creative concepts to enhance store animation during key festive seasons, product launches, High Jewelry events, and other specific retail needs across the four markets.
  • Partner with corporate teams to uphold Tiffany's global brand standards while integrating a localized approach that resonates with each market's clientele.
  • Drive the execution of the overarching client actions strategy, working in close collaboration with the Client Relations Lead to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

End-to-End Client Activation Management & Budget Oversight

  • Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end strategy and execution of in-store and off-site client activations and bespoke experiences, fostering strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with production companies, agencies, and vendors to effectively support and execute the client actions strategy across the designated markets.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee the market client event calendar, ensuring a cohesive and well-planned schedule of activities.
  • Proactively manage the market client actions budget, meticulously tracking expenditures and providing insightful analysis on return on investment (ROI).

Launch & Event Support 

  • Provide dedicated support for new product launches, High Jewelry trunk shows, and ad hoc product-specific events, ensuring seamless execution and elevated client experiences.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and other corporate stakeholders to strategically support event execution and launch initiatives.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably within the luxury sector or a high-end client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity with an exceptional taste level and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for upholding Tiffany's brand image.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and strategically support localized initiatives.
  • Established network of existing relationships with premium vendors and external partners relevant to luxury event execution.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication across the markets.

Preferred:

  • Extensive experience within the luxury retail industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique demands and client expectations.
  • Prior experience in a client relations or client-facing role, with a track record of building and nurturing high-value client relationships.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, and Switzerland as required for event execution and market visits.
