- Own the execution and implementation of client strategies by coordinating with client stakeholders and guiding internal teams through planning, delivery, and value realization.
- Act as the internal voice of your clients, representing their goals and priorities across teams to ensure all efforts remain aligned with long-term partnership success.
- Analyze emerging client needs and market trends and translate them into actionable insights that influence realworld one's solution roadmap and strategic priorities.
- Mentor and develop Senior Managers, fostering strategic thinking, consultative excellence, and accountability for the continuous delivery of tangible client value.
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a demonstrated history of professional achievement and business impact.
- Experience in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to oversee and deliver complex projects to successful outcomes.
- Deep expertise in the life sciences sector, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or life sciences instruments/tools; experience in operations, service operations, or commercial functions is a significant advantage.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
