You will be joining a dedicated and dynamic team focused on driving Tide's market success in Germany. The Tide Germany team is in an exciting growth phase, bringing together professionals with deep expertise in financial services, technology, and local market dynamics. Partner Credit Services is Tide's SME lending marketplace product vertical. Working with lending partners, Partner Credit Services connects business owners to the right funding. For founders moving their business to the next level. For entrepreneurs negotiating a tough market. For leaders looking to adapt their strategy.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Sales Executive you will join our Sales Team and report directly to the Team Lead Sales.
As this is a position within our sales team, we are looking for somebody with experience in credit brokerage (Kreditvermittlung), sales, financing and lending with a demonstrable track record of success who will be able to hit the ground running.
Your expertise in SME lending and sales in Germany will help as many customers as possible access the right finance solution via our lender partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer engagement: Contact, engage and manage our SME customers through their lending application process
- Prospecting: Outbound prospect customers from our CRM and other channels to drive consistent pipeline
- Build trust with customers: Confidently articulating the different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes, whilst keeping up to date on industry trends, market & competition
- Delivering the best-in-class lending experience: Building on your knowledge of business finance, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the market
- Partner engagement: Closely interact and manage operations with our lending partners.
- CRM Data Upkeep: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with (in Salesforce)
- Drive a world-class sales team culture: Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant comms channels.
Tide is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help it become the most trusted SME platform in Germany. The ideal candidate will have:
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience of Credit Brokerage, Financial advisory and experience in a customer facing sales role
- You will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue based targets
- Experience working in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting experience
- You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will be able to demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination and drive
- You'll be obsessive about delivering the highest level of customer service
- You will be extremely well organised and analytical and work well under pressure
- You can troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- You will be able to engage and quickly establish strong working relationships
- You're a self-starter who doesn't wait for instruction, and who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.
- Fluency in German and English
