With over $2B in Pre-IPO funding from Tier 1 venture capitalists, the company experienced rapid growth from $2M ARR in 2018 to over $500M ARR by mid-2025, culminating in an IPO in October 2025 at a valuation exceeding $6B.
The company continues to grow at 30% YoY globally, and over 100% YoY in EMEA, projecting $700M ARR by the end of 2025.
With more than 3,000 employees and 10,000 customers worldwide, a 110% net revenue retention, a broad suite of product offerings, and multiple recent acquisitions, this is a rare and highly desirable position in the SaaS market.
Together, we are hiring a Senior BDR Manager & Junior BDR Manager located in Berlin.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 6–8 Sales Development Representatives, ensuring they hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and deliver ongoing training programs, including workshops and targeted coaching focused on prospecting, objection handling, discovery, call coaching, and other core SDR skills.
- Establish and maintain a strong operational rhythm through weekly and monthly meetings that align, motivate, and inspire the team to exceed goals.
- Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement to ensure alignment and flawless execution of SDR initiatives.
- Evaluate and optimise SDR processes and strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measurable enhancements.
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, supporting talent development, strengthening team performance, and consistently achieving pipeline generation goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team within a SaaS environment.
- Located in Berlin, Speaks Native German
- 1–3+ years in a quota-carrying role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding core KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing quotas and performance targets.
- Ability to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing early-career sales professionals.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting to guide quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- A strong operational mindset, you enjoy uncovering the levers that accelerate growth.
- A willingness to challenge existing processes, experiment, evaluate results, and iterate.
