Reporting to the FactoryPal CEO, you are responsible for shaping and driving FactoryPal's expansion from business performance management to business development activities. Your area of activity ranges from management reporting and information to developing the strategic go-to-market and commercial model of FactoryPal SaaS offerings while being responsible for smooth office and business administration operations.
Your strong business acumen in B2B and manufacturing driven environments and your structured approach to new or challenging topics in building the company, enables you to find the right balance between developing, implementing and sustaining business practices while driving improvement and change, where it matters the most.
Within this range of activities, you smoothly collaborate with the entire FactoryPal leadership team as well as key stakeholders from our investor companies in an international and multi-cultural context.
Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across all business units
Act as the strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
Shape FactoryPal's long-term performance and commercial strategy
Partner with Sales and Product to evolve and execute our commercial and pricing models
Own and drive FactoryPal's internal and shareholder reporting
Coordinate across internal and external financial services stakeholders
Lead budgeting cycles, cash flow management, and OPEX control
Optimize financial and administrative tools and workflows across the business
Your Experience & Key Skills
We are looking for a trusted, results-driven commercial management professional with the following background:
Masters degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Several years of business management experience in new service-driven or SaaS-driven B2B companies, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing domain.
Proven experience in a senior finance, commercial, or business role in a scale-up or mid-sized company with signing authority (ppa)
Entrepreneurial spirit with the structure and discipline of corporate thinking
Strategic thinker with a strong financial and commercial foundation
Excellent analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate data into decision-making
Strong in navigating shareholder reporting and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Confident communicator with the presence to influence across levels, from managing directors to operational teams
Proven excel and data literacy, familiarity with financial and admin tool landscapes
Hands-on mentality with ability to balance strategic leadership and operational execution
Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial / manufacturing sectors a strong plus
Fluency in English and German
