About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the commercial expansion of their transformer product portfolio across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Netherlands, and France. This role focuses on engaging energy sector clients—including renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage) and traditional power infrastructure stakeholders—who require high-performance transformer solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture market share in the energy sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, EPCs, and power project developers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in both renewable and conventional energy segments.
Monitor energy industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to adapt commercial strategies.
Deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with client requirements.
- Represent the company at energy industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
2. Native-level German and professional English proficiency are mandatory.
Prior experience is not required; recent graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Passionate about energy technology and skilled in B2B relationship building.
