As we expand our presence in the global market, we are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to drive our growth in the electronics manufacturing supply chain sector.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to lead our efforts in penetrating local market, with a focus on electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong networking skills, and deep knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate local market, targeting electronics manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives within and customers.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Manage the regional P&L and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, OEM, and EMS business models.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a hands-off environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to business travel within Germany and to China as needed.
