Wir sind ein wachsendes Startup im Herzen der digitalen Bildungsbranche. Auch wenn wir seit unserer Gründung Anfang 2023 schon viel geschafft haben, sind wir noch lange nicht "fertig". Im Gegenteil: Wir bleiben – und genau dafür brauchen wir eine talentierte und motivierte Person in Berlin oder München, die unseren Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Bereich von A bis Z konzipiert und mit Tatkraft umsetzt.

Deine Rolle
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines skalierbaren End-to-End Recruiting-Prozesses – von Anforderungsprofil bis Einstellung
  • Definition klarer Evaluationskriterien, Interviewstrukturen und Feedback-Prozesse
  • Coaching und Sparring der Hiring Manager – z. B. zu Interviewführung, Bias-Awareness und Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Verantwortung für die Candidate Journey und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Candidate Experience
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer modernen Employer Branding & Social Recruiting Strategie über LinkedIn, Instagram, Kununu und Co.
  • Planung und Steuerung von Social Media Content & Paid Campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Bewerbungen
  • Nutzung von KPIs, Daten und KI-Tools, um Recruiting- und Kampagnen-Performance zu messen und zu optimieren
  • Aufbau von Automatisierungen und Workflows, um Recruiting effizienter zu gestalten
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit People & Culture / Management, um Hiring-Bedarf und Wachstumspläne strategisch zu unterstützen


Dein Profil

Du bist die richtige Person für uns, wenn du..
  • ein Studium in Psychologie, BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen hast
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Talent Acquisition mitbringst – idealerweise in einem digitalen, schnelllebigen Umfeld (Start-up, Scale-up oder Tech)
  • bereits Recruiting-Prozesse konzipiert, optimiert oder neu aufgebaut hast und dich sicher in der End-to-End-Verantwortung bewegst
  • Spaß daran hast, Talente aktiv zu identifizieren, anzusprechen und für uns zu gewinnen 
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und im Coaching von Hiring Managern hast und weißt, wie man gute Hiring-Entscheidungen strukturiert
  • ein gutes Verständnis für Employer Branding, Social Media und Performance Recruiting (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) mitbringst
  • kreativ und analytisch zugleich bist - du kombinierst Storytelling, Daten und Prozesse, um Recruiting wirksam zu machen
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit KPIs, Daten und Automatisierungstools hast und daraus Maßnahmen ableiten kannst
  • dich für KI-gestützte, datengetriebene Recruiting-Methoden interessierst und diese aktiv nutzt
  • eigenverantwortlich, hands-on und strukturiert arbeitest - du willst Dinge nicht nur umsetzen, sondern besser machen
  • dich in einem dynamischen, digitalen Umfeld wohlfühlst und Prioritäten selbstständig setzt
  • fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
