Talent Scout \ Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract: Full-time

Salary: 1,500–5,000 USD/month GROSS + monthly KPI bonuses

About Us

Our client is a high-growth consulting company that partners with OnlyFans agencies to scale their profit through deep operational, marketing, and business system expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Scouting: Identify and reach out to promising creators interested in joining our agency.
  • Outreach & Screening: Connect with potential talents via social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) and assess their fit for collaboration.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust-based, long-term relationships with creators, understanding their goals and motivations.
  • Negotiation: Present collaboration opportunities clearly and persuasively, guiding creators through the onboarding process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends, top-performing creators, and new talent opportunities across different regions.
  • Reporting: Track outreach metrics, maintain communication logs, and provide feedback to the growth and management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in talent scouting, recruiting, influencer outreach, or sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills — confident in DMs and calls.
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X; knowledge of other social platforms is a plus.
  • Result-oriented mindset — you enjoy achieving targets and seeing direct impact.
  • Fluent English
  • Self-driven, proactive, and organized — able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an adult-content environment.
