Your responsibilities

  • Manage and further develop relationships with key accounts
    Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen Group
  • Take strategic and operational responsibility for sales and profit targets
  • Identify market opportunities and develop customer-specific solutions
  • Coordinate and align with internal departments (Project Management, Engineering, Production, Quality)
  • Lead contract and price negotiations on national and international level
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  • 3–5 years of professional experience
    in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive supplier industry
  • Mandatory experience as a Tier-1 supplier working directly with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen Group
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset
  • Customer-oriented, structured, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
