Enterprise Risk Manager (m/w/d)

Als Enterprise Risk Manager (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines ganzheitlichen Risikomanagementsystems. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen lokalen Einheiten, unserem Headquarter in Paris und regulatorischen Institutionen und berichtest an unseren Generaldirektor sowie dem Direktor Risk in unserem Headquarter.

Deine neue Herausforderung:

  • Aufbau und Pflege eines unternehmensweiten Risikomanagement-Frameworks im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der EZB, nationalen Aufsichtsbehörden sowie internen Konzernrichtlinien
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Überwachung von regulatorischen, operationellen und finanziellen Risiken über alle Geschäftsbereiche hinweg
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Stresstests und Szenarioanalysen zur Bewertung der Widerstandsfähigkeit der Organisation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. CRD IV, DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines) durch Fit-Gap-Analysen und Implementierung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der lokalen Risk Owner bei der Umsetzung von Risikominderungsstrategien und Etablierung eines effektiven Kontrollumfelds
  • Entwicklung und Anwendung von Methoden zur Risikoquantifizierung und zur Überwachung von Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Verantwortung für Business Continuity Management und Krisenvorsorge inklusive Notfallplanung
  • Erstellung von Risiko-Reports und Präsentationen für das Management sowie Kommunikation relevanter Risikoerkenntnisse gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern (z. B. Aufsichtsbehörden)

Deine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, idealerweise im regulierten Finanzsektor
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und Risikomanagementstandards
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Führungsebenen
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien, regulatorische Entwicklungen und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Lösungsorientiertes und partnerschaftliches Handeln, um Risikomanagement als integralen Bestandteil von Geschäftsprozessen und Innovationsprojekten zu etablieren
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes sowie diplomatisches Auftreten nach innen und außen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Geringfügige Reisebereitschaft (Frankreich/DACH)
