About your future role
Your scope of work will cover the entire product portfolio of the Issuing Business Unit.
An initial priority will be PaaS – Payments as a Service, an innovative Nexi-managed digital payment products family, designed to serve both Financial Services Institutions (FSIs) and non-FSIs.
The primary geographical focus will be on the DACH region, which is a key strategic market for PaaS and for upcoming Issuing products.
Nonetheless, you will also contribute to broader European initiatives across our Issuing offering, supporting market activation and product adoption in all the Nexi regions.
In this critical role, reporting into the Group GTM IS Marketing, your key responsibilities will be:
Execute the IS Go-To-Market:
- Orchestrating the marketing, communication, value propositions and commercial levers according to the expected playbook to secure KPIs
- Identify and size the target segments on the priority geos
- Adjust group value propositions to meet the specificities of each region in accordance with the commercial team
- Defining the channel strategy to increase reach and conversion, while optimizing pricing models according to local expectations.
- Create associated sales plays, adapted to local market specificities
- Prepare supporting assets for the sales plays, including pitches, product demos, workshop contents and toolkits
Coordinate with the local IS sales team and product team to ensure correct customer activation of managed products.
- Lead knowledge transfer and communicate the product's value proposition to customers during the final stages of the sales process (e.g., conducting product workshops to demonstrate how the solution addresses the customer's needs)
- Advise customers on defining the rollout and launch plan for Nexi's managed products (e.g., cardholder marketing & communication materials, network materials & incentives, customer journeys…)
- Support customers, together with product, in planning customer value management activities (e.g., card usage stimulation campaigns) as part of the product offering.
- Assist customers in developing business cases on the bank side for managed products.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience in at least one of the following:
- Management Consulting (strategy or go-to-market focus)
- Sales Enablement or Business Development
- Strong ownership and accountability with a customer-first, results-driven mindset
- Business acumen and quantitative, data driven thinking
- C-level customer and stakeholders management with great communication skills
- No fear of taking risks, with a strong problem solving
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and readiness to take risks
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization, with a variety of team members across different departments, especially sales and product managers
- Native German language level and Fluency in English
