Your mission

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Catering Specialist based in Berlin with a culinary background and a passion for events and client service. This is an exciting opportunity for a former chef or kitchen professional ready to move into a broader, leadership-focused role supporting our growing catering operations. 
You will oversee onsite catering execution, collaborate with our kitchen and product teams, and build strong relationships with clients through custom offers and communication. You'll play a key role in shaping memorable food experiences across our events and partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Catering & Event Execution 
  • Lead the onsite team during catering events, ensuring smooth setup, service, and breakdown
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and event organizers during live operations
  • Ensure food quality, timing, and presentation are consistent and aligned with brand standards
2. Kitchen & Recipe Collaboration 
  • Support kitchen staff in event preparation as needed
  • Co-develop recipes with our Product Owner using Bella & Bona ingredients and products
3. Client Communication 
  • Create custom catering proposals and handle communication from inquiry to feedback
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and maintain high satisfaction
4. Logistics & Coordination 
  • Oversee transport, timing, and resource planning for catering setups
  • Ensure all equipment, ingredients, and team members are prepared and aligned for each event


Your profile

Requirements 
  • Background as a professional chef or extensive kitchen experience
  • Studies in gastronomy or culinary arts highly recommended
  • Hands-on attitude and strong leadership mindset
  • Strong understanding of food, ingredients, and modern dietary trends
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for events
