Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Lead Success Specialist to nurture interested prospects and increase conversion rates throughout the early stages of the sales funnel. This role focuses on engaging warm leads who have shown intent but are not yet ready to convert. The successful candidate will execute multi-channel follow-ups, make outbound calls after direct outreach campaigns, and coordinate targeted nurture actions using different channels and content formats. The ideal candidate is highly organised, persistent, and skilled at building trust with high-level decision-makers while managing a high-volume prospect portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of warm leads who have engaged with our outreach but have not yet converted
- Conduct structured follow-ups via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail outreach
- Qualify prospects and recommend the appropriate next steps or nurture track
- Coordinate targeted nurture campaigns
- Maintain clean CRM data and document all touchpoints and outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to move prospects through the funnel
- Deliver daily and weekly reporting on lead engagement, pipeline health, and conversion performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR, lead management, lifecycle marketing, or pre-sales nurturing roles
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Highly organised and capable of managing a large, active lead pipeline
- Ability to analyse engagement data and adapt follow-up strategies accordingly
- Immediate availability
Nice to have
- Experience working in enterprise or C-level prospects
- Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies
- Background in tech, SaaS, marketing operations, or growth roles
- Comfort handling multi-touch, multi-funnel nurture workflows
