What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → closing → expansion
- Sell into project managers, general contractors, and digitalization leads
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals (land ACV €6K–50K; flagships €100K+)
- Drive a land & expand motion across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Use MEDDIC / SPIN to qualify and close | HubSpot CRM
- 90% outbound pipeline + SDR support
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years B2B sales experience
- 1+ year closing multi-stakeholder mid-market or enterprise deals
- Proven pipeline builder — strong hunter profile
- Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Familiar with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar
- Coachable, humble, no-ego team player
- German level - C1
Compensation & Perks
- OTE: €110K/year (60/40 split, quarterly commission)
- Equity; % of base salary in shares
