Role Description
This is a full-cycle sales role, focused on driving new business and expanding existing accounts with senior decision-makers across marketing, PR, and communications. You'll engage with C-level stakeholders in a consultative, trusted-advisor capacity, selling market-leading SaaS solutions that shape how global brands manage their media, reputation, and marketing intelligence.
With support from SDRs but a strong emphasis on self-driven prospecting, you'll own the sales process end-to-end - from building pipeline to negotiating and closing deals. This role combines short and mid-length sales cycles with a quota-driven environment, offering clear career growth into senior and leadership positions.
Team & Collaboration
You'll be part of the commercial department, working closely with SDRs and internal solution experts to design impactful client strategies. Collaboration across sales, operations, and product is key, giving you access to resources while maintaining ownership of your pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle SaaS sales: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Balance inbound opportunities with self-generated pipeline through proactive outreach
- Manage consultative, value-driven deal cycles using MEDDICC or SPICED
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and KPI targets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience
- Native-level German & English communication skills
- Strong consultative selling ability and stakeholder management experience
- Ambition, resilience, and a track record of achieving quota in a KPI-driven environment
Salary & Benefits
- OTE: €110K–€140K (base + commission)
