antibodies-online is the leading vendor-independent marketplace for research reagents, especially antibodies and ELISA kits. We currently list close to 2 million research products, which we deliver to universities, biotech and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
The company was founded in 2006 as a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University (Germany). The U.S. branch was opened in 2010. In 2016 we launched genomics- serving scientists in genomic/transcriptomic research areas.
Our diverse team consists of highly motivated biologists, IT- and business specialists. Together we strive to further expand our business and become the leading global supplier for the life science industries.
Job Description- Processing of technical customer inquiries both via email and chat
- Close collaboration with a our customer service and sales teams
- Identification of customer needs to improve our offering (e.g. service level, product information, website)
- Formal training/education in the field of biotechnology, molecular biology, pharmacology or a related subject
- Basic experience in applying molecular biology methods (Proteomics & Genomics) in the laboratory
We are based in a real castle with a beautiful park - ideal if you need a quick break in between work.
