Senior Operations Manager – Revenue Operations

These tasks are waiting for you
- Own and continuously evolve our full-funnel CRM setup (HubSpot): Optimize system configuration, data structures, and funnel logic across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs to match Alteos' business model.
- Design and automate revenue workflows: Build scalable workflows for lead nurturing, partner onboarding, customer support, reporting and lifecycle tracking – ensuring smooth tool integration (e.g. Asana, Zapier, Metabase) and compliance.
- Act as strategic business partner to commercial and operational teams: Align with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care & Claims to improve processes, track performance, and ensure end-to-end visibility across the revenue lifecycle.
- Enable commercial decision-making through data: Translate business goals into measurable KPIs, analyze partner commissions and churn drivers, and deliver insights that drive margin and growth.
- Scale growth through automation and intelligence: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational speed.
- Promote transparency and data literacy: Train teams on shared KPIs, dashboards, and processes – and foster a culture of data ownership across the organization.
This is what you bring to the table
- You've got 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM admin or process optimization – ideally in a digital, B2B2C or embedded insurance setting.
- You know your way around HubSpot – Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs are your playground.
- You've built and improved CRM setups, automated workflows and created reporting structures that actually work.
- You work confidently with data and KPIs, and know how to turn insights into decisions that move the business forward.
- You bring a structured, analytical mindset, but you're also pragmatic and proactive when things get complex.
- You enjoy working across teams, aligning people and processes to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- (Bonus) You've had exposure to insurance or claims ops – or you're curious to get into it.
