We're looking for a passionate and driven Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy building scalable software, learning modern technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
  • Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to system design discussions and technical solutions
  • Support deployment and monitoring of applications
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies

Requirements
Entry-Level / Associate (0–3 years)

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and data structures
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or databases is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum development processes

General Requirements

  • Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
  • Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
