Role Description: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that support operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and overall performance monitoring. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable business insights, and your work will influence key decisions across the organization. The ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner is crucial to ensure that your analysis drives impact.

You will be involved in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, automating routine data processes, and conducting in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data tools, and the ability to work with large datasets to deliver actionable recommendations. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision-making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
