  • Gestalte anspruchsvolle Softwareentwicklungsprojekte aktiv mit – von der ersten Idee über Umsetzung und erfolgreichem Go-Live bis zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Forme aus komplexen Anforderungen klare Epics, User Stories und fachliche Spezifikationen, die dein Entwicklungsteam inspirieren und voranbringen.
  • Arbeite eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um Lösungen zu gestalten, die nachhaltig wirken und einen spürbaren Mehrwert für Nutzer*innen und Stakeholder liefern
  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für ein zielgerichtetes Backlog-Management – du priorisierst, strukturierst und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team jederzeit mit Fokus liefern kann.
  • Bringe Menschen zusammen: Du moderierst Refinements, Plannings, Reviews und Workshops, die Energie freisetzen und die gemeinsame Vision stärken.
  • Überzeuge Stakeholder mit Klarheit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, vernetze Fachbereiche und Technik und führe Entscheidungsrunden souverän.
  • Setze Impulse auf Management-Ebene, indem du Roadmaps, Status-Updates und Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellst, die Orientierung geben und den Weg nach vorn ebnen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium und mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner sowie PSPO Zertifizierung
  • Expertise in mindestens einer der Branchen Retail, Public Sector, Banking oder Insurance
  • technischer Background und praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im Stakeholdermanagement und eine klare, verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Ein sehr gutes Business-Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
