Business Development Manager (f/m/d)
What tasks await you?
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market and customer analysisDevelop and implement tactical and long-term business development strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain strategic partnerships and customer relationshipsLead and coordinate strategic business development projects across departmentsCreate business cases and investment proposals for senior managementMonitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activitiesDevelop KPIs and regularly report on progress toward business development goalsSupport international expansion and market entry strategiesRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsCollaborate with R&D to identify and develop innovative solutionsContribute to budget planning and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulationsWhat do we expect from you?
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical/economic fieldSeveral years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology-driven environmentExperience with IR&D projects and strategic business planningProficiency in German and English (spoken and written)Confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skillsAdditional related certification is a plusAnalytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and intercultural competenceFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS OfficeWhat do we offer you?
